"Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional" - anon. Zen Buddhist

Bodywork and Massage are the elements of my 4 year practice.  Since my original licensing in October of 1998, I have developed effective techniques to assess and care for various soft tissue injuries and conditions.

My philosophy on life is also true with my business...
"Do the most that I can with the time that I have." What that boils down to is that...I will always give you 100 percent of my effort in every session. That means a great deal to someone in pain.

The goal of massage is to relax the muscles of the body, rid the muscles of accumulated toxins and metabolic wastes, relieve pain and achieve overall optimal health by eliminating stress.
