I became a Parrothead on June 19, 1989. My conversion came as a result of being virtually dragged to one of Jimmy's concerts in Charlotte, N.C. by my best friend. I did not want to go to a 'country' concert, but I gave in and decided to make the trip. I haven't come home from Margaritaville since. |
