These pages are dedicated to the memory of Have Mercy - eighties metal band from Baltimore (Maryland, USA). The City of Doom was built in 2002, December 27th. It started as a (rather poor) tribute page, but soon, with help of some of the band members, the page reached a whole new dimension, achieving semi-official status while becoming not only the most abundant, but also a very reliable source for anyone interested in Have Mercy! If you want to use any material from these pages for your own page, do it, but at least have the decency to ask/let me know about it first!
