Water Ionizer Principle of Operation

As Fluid enters the Water Ionizer it travels to the opposite end of the first inner chamber where it exits this chamber through pre-calculated holes.  When passing through these holes, vapor bubbles are formed that will collapse after entering the second chamber.  When these bubbles collapse it is called
cavitation, and cavitation creates microscopic temperatures and pressures in the range of 1000 degrees and 800 psi when they collapse.  As these bubbles collapse they do so while in contact with specially selected materials.  The fluid then travels to the top of the second inner chamber where they exit in the same manner as they did in the first chamber.

After exiting the second chamber the fluid then travels down the pipe where it enters the third chamber which is very similar to the first chamber and the flow process is the same as the first chamber.  After exiting the third chamber the fluid flows to the exit point of the fourth chamber which is very similar to the second chamber and exits in a similar manner.  After exiting the fourth chamber the fluid exits the Water Ionizer through the outlet connection.

How long ionized water stays ionized is dependent upon which ionization properties you are referring to. The antioxidant – or hydroxyl ions – will last approximately 18-24 hours. The higher pH – or alkaline properties – will hold for approximately 1-2 weeks. The smaller molecule cluster size will retain for approximately 1-3 months.
“I couldn’t believe the great taste!  I actually wanted to drink water for the first time in years.  And it was so easy.  All we did was install THE WATER IONIZER in our home.  I hadn’t realized just how bad the water had tasted before.  It was like someone had waved a wand.  I guess the only magic was THE WATER IONIZER.”

“We had a standard water softener that treated our well water.  I had no idea how much salt was running through our home’s water with that system.  All I knew was that it was a hassle:  lugging in big cumbersome bags of salt, or trying to make time for an inconvenient schedule or worrying about the leaving the door unlocked for a service person to haul in the salt.  But now we’re drinking water without salt…and as a mom, this makes me feel great.  It also makes life easier, because cleanup is so much faster.  Bathtub grime, toilet bowl ring, laundry…they all clean up quicker and with much less fuss.  Studies are even indicating there are huge health benefits from ionized water.  Heart disease, obesity, kidney problems, cancer and digestive problems are all so positively affected by ionized water.  Why didn’t I know about THE WATER IONIZER sooner?”

These comments were made by Diana Lee after having

THE WATER IONIZER

installed in her home.
WATER SOFTNER FACTS
Water softeners work on the principle of ion exchange with salt free ions (sodium & potassium) substituting for calcium and magnesium ions. Once the calcium and magnesium are removed, the water is no longer hard.
Water softeners, while neutralizing the "hardness' concentration of magnesium and calcium increase the salt content of water. For every calcium and magnesium ion removed, two salt ions are added. Based on these facts it is better to use sodium chloride as a regenerate rather that potassium chloride due to the high cost associated with potassium. Any softener can use either sodium or potassium as a regenerative. All softened water is not recommended for drinking, therefore a secondary removal system such as, reverse osmosis, should be used. This only adds to the final cost of getting safe, clean drinking water. Water softeners contain a resin that will remove soluble iron on an ion-exchange basis, the same way as calcium and magnesium are removed in water softening. Depending on the size of the unit, removal up to 10 ppm of soluble iron can be removed. Iron is not considered a health problem, but it can be very objectionable if present in amounts greater than 0.3 ppm.

WATER HARDNESS PROBLEMS

PIPE SCALING
Hard water deposits a rock-liking corrosion, leaks, restricted water flow and rock like scale in pipes causing reduced water pressure.

WATER HEATER
Heated water forms rock-like scale faster. Scale builds up on heat element reducing efficiency and shortening appliance life. Softened water can save 22% in water heater costs. Hard water scale clogs and erodes working parts of plumbing fixtures. It also forms on the skin and dulls the complexion while contributing to hair problems. Soap curds with hard water increasing the use and cost of soap and chemical usage. This increased soap usage also strains septic and municipal waste systems. Hard water also dulls colors in clothes and makes them stiff and scratchy.
