SUBJECT: The Ross Report Hey, man, I see I graced your letters page this week. As it happens I am a big fans of the NftRR, and they do make me laugh out loud very frequently. But I don't really view my column as gimmick infringement. Hell, mine's just complete parody from where I sit, and it has no other purpose than that. I don't actually try and spread the news from the report or anything, and I'm just trying to carve myself a niche in the DAMN CUTTHROAT world of the I-Net writers. Well, if you got a problem with the column, let me know and I'll see what I can do. Oh, BTW, Rasselin' War Dogs RULES. Old School -- I got no problem with it, and I see how it's not the same thing, even with the same subject matter. Hey, you're free to write anything you like. Unless the I-Net police come and arrest you, that is. SUBJECT: The madlibs Awesome with a site that has wrestling madlibs. You need some more, though! Keep up the good work with the other stuff too. I had to stop and catch my breath at several points during the Kieth ReCrank. Thank you so very much. ryan SUBJECT: Awesome parody! I just wanted to say that that was a fucking funny parody! The parody of Szulczewski was the greatest and whoever wrote it deserves a medal. I was also wondering if on your site you were looking for any kind of recapper. If you want to add recaps, I'm your man. It appears as if my site is about to go under, so I'm kind of out of a job (No, I don't get paid). SUBJECT: Wild Idea for Cranksylvania Dear Mr. JF, I was wondering, since Rantsylvania does recaps of "fringe" shows (Iron Chef, Battledome, etc.), I was wondering if I could do one for comic books. Basically review comic books using the star system and basing it on terms similar to how internet writers judge wrestling matches. Thank you for your time. James Lawson -- Neat idea. However, Cranksylvania was just a one-time April Fools joke, and as such won't be updated with any new content. It'll just stand there and gather importance for years and years to come, and shall live for many generations, until long after we all are dead and buried. |
