Any and all members are welcomed and encouraged to plan a raid or event. The steps for this are as follows, ( note :: if they are not followed then the event is not recognized as an official guild raid or event.)
1) Get all your info together and pass the time, place and date by an officer.
2) After you have gotten the go ahead post it on the forum.
3) Follow up and get an officer to post it on MOTD.
