Meditation |
Meditation isn't difficult to do. Its about relaxing the body and mind, axtending your imagination and making you feel more comfortable and close in your surroundings. Meditation not only can be used for relaxation but it can also be used in healing, telepathy and banishign negative energy from you or your surroundings. When you first meditate you'll most likely find it hard to be still and relax for a long period of time, so i recommend that when you start out just try 5 minuits or so for a week and then maybe extend to 6 or 7 minuits. When meditating its important that your in a peaceful environment where you won't be disturbed. Most people believe that in order to get the best of meditating there should be no sound- this is incorrect. You can chose to put on some soft, peaceful music or be accoumpnied in your visulisations with the sounds of nature (i reckon its the best type of music). Cloths should be loose and comfortable. Some people cast a circle and meditate in the centre you can do this but its not nescisarry. Many people also clense the room before meditating or casting a spell. Visuliseing is also another very important part of meditating. Visulise your on a beach 'see' your current surroundings change to that of a beach, imagine the activities you would do, go swimming imagine the soft wet touch of the water against your skin. Most people think that comming out of a meditation involves a ritual this is not true (unless of coarce you did cast a circle, after your meditating you have to close it) all you basically have to do is slowly i repeat slowly get up, that the Lord and Lady and carry on your day or night as you normally would.
