Becoming a witch | ||||||||||||
Simple, by hard work, desire and willingness to learn Hard work, yes hard work. Nothing worth while in life comes just by clicking your fingers. Firstly read up on everything about witchcraft you can get your hands on. Know what your getting into before just deciding 'yes i want to be a witch'. Even after you become a witch you never stop learning. Look at diffrent veiws of the craft, positive or negative, then make up your OWN mind as to what you believe and what you don't. Open your mind to all things, get close to nature, see it's relation to wicca. Start practicing your craft, meditate, cast spells, write your own spells, join a coven or start one. Make your own Book of shadows, your own tools. The way you become a witch is totally individual, the way i became a witch is the way you see above. But it't may not be yours. Wicca is a very individual religon, try other ways not just mine. |

In 1986, a federal appeal court ruled that Wicca is a legal religion. That means that the practise of Wicca is protected by the U.S. Constitution. Ever since the ruling more and more Wiccans have 'come out of the broom closet'. People estimate that there are between 100,000 and one million Wiccans in the United States alone. | ||||||||||||
