| FYI: everyone featured on the recording is FROM albuquerque, except for rich mackin...who has performed here twice in the past year. his pieces were recorded live at the same show as the bands...at field & frame on january 25th, 2003. the show was recorded using a sony hi-8 video camera, and the sound was transfered into mp3s by andrew and myself (mostly andrew). this cd was put out for 2 very good reasons: to gain more exposure for those featured (and thusly, hopefully strengthen the scene here in ABQ), and also to raise funds for the all-ages show space that some of here are trying to get started. all profits from the sales of the cd are put into the show space fund ($3 from each cd). it IS a cdr, comes with a full cd sticker label, slimline jewel case, and, of course, a cover including performer contact info and track list. |
