I decided to start this website when I had finally had enough of the decline of the customer service industry.
As time progresses I will be adding helpful links for sites that can help you in your pursuit of good customer service. I am a firm believer in the concept of the customer always being right... Which may be an exaggeration of my beliefs, but gives you a general idea of how I feel. I do, how-ever believe that you should receive a certain level of customer service no matter where you are, a fast food restaurant or a Mercedes Dealer.
Any way that you go about it... we have all received bad service at one time or another. I want to provide a forum for people everywhere to vent, and to receive information on how to report the bad service that they have received. |
