| Adoration of the Object by Robert Kenter |
| having found myself in a state of perpetual adoration having given myself up I was heading for a state of disengagement I was opening up I was owning up to a point of distraction to the endless fascination I was at the point of the waterfall as it tumbles over I was tumbling over the edge of desire I was plunging into fascination I was heading for a stage of disentanglement I was lifting my head out of the water I was open to new sensation I was opening up I was falling I was setting myself up for the big fall I could see the end coming I could see the point of no return I could see failure etched in your eyes I was heading for that flaw I was running from the fire I was wearing asbestos I was ash I was coughing up new sensation I was changing from water to fire and back again at the back of buildings I was dancing I was leaning leaning over the edge of the waterfall © Robert Kenter 2002 |
