Burning: -
Carrying an item of silver (except a Klave) causes you to be unable to use Gnosis.. Effect disappates one day after ceasing to carry said item, & PC will regain lost traits. -

It can be used to activate various gifts. -
To attune to a fetish -
To auto-win on stepping sideways into the umbra.

Regaining: - If you possess the Meditation ability: 10 minutes out of play in meditation, spend 1 mental trait/meditation trait to regain 1 gnosis. - Participation in hunt at moot rite . successful hunt will completely replenish gnosis pool - Using certain rites/fetishes can allow you to regain Gnosis. Otherwise Gnosis is regained during your Auspice Moon, by looking at the moon..
