The Wyld Dream Live Action Role-playing Legal Release/Waiver of Responsibility/Assumption of Risk     The following is a waiver and release form, which you must complete to participate in any Larp The Wyld Dream function. In short, it relieves Larp The Wyld Dream of any liability whatsoever arising from your participation in Larp The Wyld Dream events. This waiver extends to any and all persons listed or otherwise providing goods or services in conjunction with the Larp The Wyld Dream event, including the owners of the site an event is held on.      I am aware I will be taught skills that are for use in Larp The Wyld Dream events only. I will not use any of these skills to plan or perpetrate illegal activities, and any skills I learn will only be used in-game at Larp The Wyld Dream events or activities.      I am aware that Larp The Wyld Dream and the businesses that it deals with place great emphasis on making Larp The Wyld Dream safe for its players and members. However, because of the nature of Live Action Role-playing, it is impossible to make all situations totally safe. For this reason, I will not hold Larp The Wyld Dream or businesses that it deals with liable for personal injuries or property damage occurring during any Larp The Wyld Dream function.      I am aware of the rules of Larp The Wyld Dream and have read the rules page that was given to me. I understand that by violating these rules, I may forfeit my membership rights and/or privileges. I further understand that should I violate any Larp The Wyld Dream rules, I may also be suspended, expelled, or subject to some other form of disciplinary action as deemed fit by the Larp The Wyld Dream rules, staff, and/or executive committees. I also hereby hold harmless Larp The Wyld Dream, and any businesses that it deals with and indemnify them against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees and expenses), damages and liabilities arising out of, connected with, or resulting from my attending a Larp The Wyld Dream event. I hereby release Larp The Wyld Dream and all businesses that it deals with from any and all such liability, and I understand that this release shall be binding upon myself, my estate, my heirs, my representatives and assigns. I further certify that I am 16 years of age or older.      I understand that in the past, occasionally members have become a safety hazard to other members and players due to lack of sleep, physical activity such as waving arms wildly and other such situations. It is the responsibility of the staff to ensure reasonable safety for every member. Therefore, if a staff member deems that      I am a safety hazard at any time, they may request I leave the game, go to sleep, have a time-out or perform some other action that will remedy the situation. I understand that I will be required to do these things solely to ensure safety for the members of Larp The Wyld Dream and myself.     I agree to allow Larp The Wyld Dream to use any photographs and/or video of me taken at Larp The Wyld Dream events for inclusion in any Larp The Wyld Dream media. All photographs and video are the property of Larp The Wyld Dream.     I understand that I may not bring alcoholic beverages, firearms, illegal drugs, or any other controlled substance to any Larp The Wyld Dream activity. I understand that violation of this rule with result in disciplinary action and vigorous pursuit of civil and/or criminal complaints against me.      I have read and understand the above statements and I promise to abide by them. By signing this form below, I am agreeing on behalf of myself, my estate, the estate of my child, my heirs, representatives and assigns not to sue Larp The Wyld Dream or any business that it deals with, or to hold its insurers liable for any injury resulting from playing Larp The Wyld Dream.
