Crested Geckos
Crested Geckos (Rhacodactylus ciliatus) are a very fun species to work with.  They require very simplistic care and react reasonably well to handling.  I bought my first crested gecko, Zero, in January of '07 as a hatchling.  A few months after, after I discovered my love for this species, I bought a breeding pair, Jack and Sally.   In august of '07, I added another female to the breeding group, Oogie.  This is my first year with them obviously and I currently have 6 eggs in the incubator.  Six have hatched so far this year!  I intend to seperate the breeding group after a season or two, for it puts too much stress on the animals and I am not doing this for the money, but because it is a learning experience that I find fascinating.  Below are photos of each of them, with their name, sex, and morph.

First Two to Hatch!!!
These two little ones hatched on January 19, 2007.  They are about 3 inches long and are my first ever to hatch!  These are offspring of Oogie and Jack (you can sort of see Oogie's darker coloring and Jack's striping in them). I will not be keeping these two, they are going to be sold.  There are four others that have hatched so far, I am keeping the third-hatched, Dio.
