**some people say give into your cravings, it makes you a healthier person. I agree and disagree. IT depends on who you are. If everynow adn then you get a hankerin for Chocolate, go have a chocolate. Eat your cravings slowly, and enjoy them more. If you crave alot, then say no, its called self discipline. Hey, at least you arent starving yourself.
**Drink alot of water, creating the illsuion of being full, which you are. Just make sure that you eat plenty of Veggies adn Fruits (fruits have more sugars, but some veggies can store fat so watch out)
**Anyone who says your fat, arent neccisarily wrong, they also arent neccisarily right. What do you think about yourself? What do you think you can do to fix that problem? Whatever it is, do not binge over it, and DEFINITLEY dont start purging.
**Fasting is shit. The more food your body loses, teh more fat it loses, but the next time you eat (either you will eat again, or youll die, whatever is your choice, you amde it) then your body stores all of the food as fat for warmth. You actually do gain from fasting. Careful.Plus, your metabolism is lowered, and thats the one thing i would give anythign for, is a good metabolism.
**Vitamins. In particullar vitamins that make you grow (i heard vitamin d...check it out for yourself!). The taller you are, the slimmer you get!
**Dont trust mirrors. Only look at a mirror when you have to (fixing makeup, checking out an outfit etc) but dont jsut sit there staring and telling yourself how horrible you look.
**have a smoke. I no i know, smoking is BAD, but if you want to diet, or are considering being an ana, try nto to fall into the trend. For lunch, if you arent that hungry, have a smoke and a drink. Itll kill your appetite, leaving you feeling relaxed adn refreshed.
**DO NOT eat if you are NOT hungry. This is probably why most poeple are obese. If someone thinks your anorexic because you pass up chips or pizza at a party, say , send me to a doctor, adn get them to tell you the same thing, cause they wont. And then bet them 10 bucks. NEver force food down your throat if your not hungry, or if you feel youll be guilty afterwards. (guilt leads to purging, adn bulemia eventually)
**Listen to what your friends think, but think hard to what they truley mean. They are the only poeple who count really, but make sure they are being totally honest, and make sure that they are willing to help you through this, by not ordering a donut and fries at lunch...ya know? cause that is the hardest part.
**Eat Breakfast. Make sure you get some caffeine into your system at breakfast time too, because both of these help you boost your metabolism. Caffiene does have a tendency to stunt your growht tho, so have tiny amount. You burn the most calories in the morning so thats why B-Fast is the most important meal of the day.
**Listen to music that calms you first, and then get into all of the dance music. You burn calories and have fun. Yay.
**Find an exersize that worls well and that you like. I used to hate exersizing of any sort, but now im addicted to running. Its great for my legs! And i want to start up swimming, cause that is the best full body aerobic exersize.
**dont let anyone ever tell you you dont matter. Dont let anyone get to you. This may be the main trigger for most ED's. It was for me...i think...Rejection. Thats what got me into it. Lol, it was funny tho, cause i drank SSOOOOO much that nite.
**Join a Gym with a motivated friend.
**Find your own motivation!!! find your goal, and set it, and go for it.
**find out what makes you eat junkie foods in the first place,and try your best to avoid it and fix your problem
**Whenever you crave junk food, pick up an apple adn eat it. This way, your body eventually just starts craving apples, and you just lost a potential great amount of weight. Yay for You!
**NEVER talk to your friends about these problems, i know it may be tempting, but what ever yyou do, dont do that. They will lecture lecture and lecture, but they dont know how you feel, and i bet you cant relaly describe it either. **Keep your mind off food and self improvement. Keep yourself busy doing

When you hear people say that Anorexia is a lifestyle, not a disease,
you amy think they are wrong, and you may think that they are rgiht. Ask
me that 1 year ago, adn i wouldve said that they were wrong. I didnt know
too much back then. Ask the same thing about 4 hourse ago, i would have
to say, it is a lifestyle.A healthylifestyle. And i was so dam convinced
too, i wouldve actually said a bunch of shit to convince you, and I would
succeed. Aske me it now, and i am unsure. I think the whole world is retarded
in the way we live.We dont know anything for sure,we only know what we
are told, but what does it matter as long as you arent cast aside...thats
what its all about right? Fitting in?
When i looked into a mirror, i saw me as this REALLY fat person. this
is what i actually saw. it mustve been my mind, cause i cant see it now...I
never thought that you would ACTUALLY see things!! Would a lifestyle make
you distort images? nope. would a disease? yep.
Self starvation, its dumb. get it? probably not. I bet tomorrow i wont
even know what i was on when i wrote this, because i will be starving myself
again. I will be suffering again, suffering to make myself perfection.

THat eating is a luxury that we take for granted and now you are paying

You will think nothing but how you look matters.
All of htis is wrong. Eating is something we ahve to do to survive.

You cannot trust a person wiht an eating disorder. They are always lying. They lie to you, they say they just arent hungry, but htey are ok. They lie to their parents "yeah we had ALOT of food mum, it was insane, im so full i doint know if ill ever be finished digesting it all!". They lie to themselves "you are worthless, you dont deserve the life you have, noone likes you, noon ecares, your too fat. I cant believ you are so fat. How could you let this happen?"
Thats ana speaking to you. Shes real. Shes the devil we should all be afraid of. She makes us do dumb things liek starve ourselves to the bones, because 'bones are beautiful'. When you look at a skeleton in your bio class, do you get jealous? Then why would you want to try to be liek that?
Thin is in, but skinny is just gross.
Actually, would you rather be thin, or fit? I would choose thin, but tahts because im an ex-ed. fit is better, its healthier. Would you rather have a concave stomach or a 6-pack? 6 pack! If you had a concave ctomach, you should be more ashames to waer tight shirts than you would be if you were fat. Its just gross.
Remember, that most of the stuff you read online is bull shit, and is usually exagerated a bit. Im not at all. This is all that roams through my mind day in day out. its a lll real. Coming from an ex ed, you should listen to what i say. I know you wont tho, most people dont, Most people are weak adn choose to learn on their own. Thats right! I didnt say strong. Only Pro ana's think that it makes you a strong person to starve yourself. Emotionally and Physically, it makes you weaker. Make the right choice for you. Personally, i dont care, i probably dont know you, But i know, that one day everyone gets happy. Everyone learns their lesson, and is happy with themselves for it.
