Cobweb Cookies
Heres what you'll need:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
Powdered sugar
Beat together flour, sugar, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla and eggs until smooth.  Pour into a plastic squeeze bottle with a narrow opening.  Heat a lightly greased, large non-stick skillet over medium heat untill hot.  Working quickly, squeeze batter to form 4 straigh, thin lines which intersect at a common point.  Then squeeze thin streams of batter to connect lines.  Cook 30 to 60 seconds or until golden brown.  Carefully turn over, and cook other side.  Remove from skillet and cool on wire racks.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
