"This Band of Brothers"
COPS CHASE ROBBERS IN RUNNING GUN BATTLE THROUGH STREETS -- Officers Yokas and Bosco stumble upon a robbery and engage a trio of robbers on a wild running chase and blazing gun battle through the streets that later involves Sully, Davis and the veteran Candyman (guest star Wendell Pierce) -- a pursuit that leaves casualties on both sides. While police search for his brother Matty (guest star Jon Seda, a pained Bobby tries to convince him to turn himself in for his participation in a deadly theft. Davis demands that his mother (guest star Lonette McKee) tell him the truth about his late father’s honesty as a cop while Doc’s relationship with Dr. Morales (guest star Lisa Vidal) enters a new stage.

"32 Bullets and a Broken Heart"
VALENTINE’S DAY YIELDS MORE BULLETS THAN CUPID’S ARROWS -- A Valentine’s Day shift begins in a hail of bullets as a mysterious gunman kills several people at a gay wedding and later opens fire at another event in the community, prompting angry militants to accuse Officer Bosco and other police of slowing their investigation due to the victims’ sexual persuasion. Romance blossoms between Doc and Dr. Morales -- much to the chagrin of his jealous partner Carlos. Meanwhile, Kim has second thoughts about her evolving relationship with Bobby when he eagerly begins making future plans for them. Officers Sully and Davis argue over booking two young women who stole a car, and complications erupt when Davis learns that one of them is the sole guardian of a street kid (Jade Yorker) whom he previously rescued. Officer Yokas has a lousy Valentine’s Day as problems with her husband (Chris Bauer) intensify.

COP’S HEARTBEAT DECISION INJURES GOOD CITIZEN AND IGNITES RACIAL STRIFE -- Officers Sully and Davis rescue a man under attack in an alley, but when Sully injures himself while pursuing the suspects and loses his gun, Davis rounds a corner and mistakenly shoots an African-American man who innocently tried to return the downed officer’s gun to him -- igniting a racial furor and a departmental investigation when the good samaritan is paralyzed. Elsewhere, Bobby and Kim assist a near-frozen young boy who is wedged between two parallel walls in the bitter cold. Officer Bosco asks Officer Yokas to reconsider leaving her husband if for nothing than the sake of their children. Firefighter Doherty delivers a body-blow to Kim when he introduces her to his sexy new cop girlfriend.
