Of course if money is not an object get new with at least a 30 day warranty. Always know the return policy. You don't want to get a lot of drums, just enough to get going. Here is what you'll need. Click on the link to see the drumset component. 1 Snare Drum, 1 Bass Drum, 1 mounted tom, 1 floor tom, 1 hi-hat stand, 1 snare stand, 2 cymbal stands, 1bass drum pedal, 1 pair hi-hat cymbals, 1 crash cymbal, 1 ride cymbal, 1throne (seat) and last but not the least, drum sticks.
