I read several posts ranging from "Kill them all" to "nuke Mecca" to "The Koran says Kill non-muslims" to "100% of suicide bombers are Muslims!" And I really have to wonder if any of those people have ever heard anything about Islam or the Qur'an (yes, I spell it with the Qu) or maybe even met someone who practiced Islam, I don't think so.
The Qur'an isn't much different from the Bible, and Islam isn't much different from Christianity. Yes, Muslims are supposed to kill infidels, but so are Christians. Yes, Muslims are supposed to fight until only Allah is worshipped, but Allah is really just the Arabic word for "God". Muslims believe in Jesus, but think he wasn't the son of God. Muslims and Christians believe almost the SAME THINGS, but Americans think that it's a violent religion that only wants to destroy their society and take away their oil.
Are all muslims terrorists? No more than all black people are murderers and all asian people are geniuses and all white people are rich snobs with Hummers. It's just a generalization made by the uneducated and frightened masses.
