I am…

-A star trek fan. Have been for years. I began watching TNG in the early 90’s, migrated to Voyager, went backwards to DS9 and now am experimenting with TOS.

-A hopeless romantic. I adore Picard/Crusher, love Janeway/Chakotay, and am intrigued by Janeway/Torres. I also enjoy Paris/Torres, and Odo/Kira are brilliant. Get the picture?

-I became involved with JetC (Jr) in 1997, and since then have joined Jr4, 5 and 6. I also am involved in JetC14 and 22. Most recently, I’ve been given the wonderful honor of being the list mommy for JetCJr10 Mega-the first Jr mega group.

-I love to write fanfiction. Since 1997, I’ve written more than 60 stories/poems, although I dare say my poetry is not among the best of my work<s>

-I also love to read fanfiction. My favorite author is, without question, august. Her work leaves me with feeling-and that is the most difficult thing an author can ever hope to do.

-Forever in dept to ejspock. For any and all differences, she is the one who introduced me to the phenomenon that is JetC.

-While star trek is my passion, I also dabble in the art of Water Rats fanfiction. Thank you to Cammy, because without her, I would never have discovered this wonderful affliction.

-I also love X-Files, JAG, Law and Order (and SVU), ER, Third Watch, and The Sopranos.

-My online persona is Aquiel. Taken from the TNG episode of the same name.

-I reality however, I am Kathryn. Yes, really. I’m a proud 19-year-old Canadian. I attend University and my goal is to become a Dentist. (Thank you forever, A.S.)

-I play the clarinet, love to read, write and compose. Music is very important to me. I love classical, especially Smetana, Mahler and Holtz. I speak English, French and German. I am shy, and quiet, until you get to know me. I have recently become fascinated by body piercing. I’ve had my eyebrow done twice, and my tongue is next on the list. (Sorry Dr. S) Tattoos, however, scare the hell out of me.I love angst (German for fear-although it is commonly used in correlation with sadness) and melancholy. I work in a bookstore, and I love my job. My dream is to go to Australia, but I realize that sometimes dreams must be put on hold. I miss my grandparents very much; I love my mom more than life itself, and am terrified by what may eventually take her from me. She is all that I have left.I am loyal to my friends, I am a very good student, and a good listener.

-I love curling and tennis. A adore animals, especially cats. I own a tabby named Chako and a Chocolate Point Siamese named Sydney. My favourite kind of ice cream is vanilla. I enjoy coffee sometimes. I love apples. I'm on my way to becoming a vegetarian. I love to sleep late. I'm a night person, mornings are my worst nightmare. I love snow storms and power outages. I love to travel, and enjoy airplanes. I've been to all maritime provinces (except newfoundland), montreal, toronto. Boston, new hampshire, maine, texas and louisiana. I'm going to the blackpool convention in england in july 2001, then to malta.
