| The Band: Mike D-Vox Brett Deroche- Rythm Guitar/bass Mike Wyskida-Rythm Guitar/bass Tom Cobb- Lead Guitar Dan Chang- Drums |
| This band is consisted of 4 westchester county rEjEcTs each of whom had bludening past. To define our style.... Mike our vocalist brings a mix of alice in chains, metallica, and soundgarden oriented raging style of lyrical composition. Our drummer Dan Chang links jazz and classical influences as well as blends punk and post grunge (tre cool and travis barker or Dave Grohl) and Pantera enthused "power groove" into his sound. Dingus adds early Slayer and Magedath to incorporate his bone crushing bass ability. Wyskida incorporates early AFI and Sublime as well as hardcore staples Hatebreed, Sick of it All, and Agnostic Front into his angst ridden riffs. And Justin is mostly is influenced by the death-defying sounds and harmonics established by Dimebag Darrel of Metal icons- Pantera, as well as metal legends Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine and Slayer guitarist, Kerry King. They have been scrutenized because of the destruction and chaos they leave behind. Remarkable in their own right, truly self labled as one of the hardest acts to follow up in the westchester scene. Know one can come close to the passion and love they show on stage. They were deemed- TOO EXTREME for alot of the bands on the scene. They break the barrier between punk and metal fusion. They lable themselves as "thrash-core" but in actuality, there goal is to bring a new genre of music to the forefront. They are into anything and everything: The Beatles and Zepplin to Nirvana and Slayer. That is how there range in music is. Although they play metal, they link the love of other genres together. They are damaging on stage and will bash the shit out of You. The pits are wild and crazy like a stampede and they really know how to get the crowd into it. Each member has his or her own abilities but together they are true to what they believe. With songs like Sonication, eye for an eye, My addiction, and this war, they proove to one and all that we arn't just a pathetic excuse for scenester rock (angry penguin) or part of the movement. They have there own sound and like they say "FUCK THE SYSTEM, FUCK THE STATE, I"D RATHER PLAY MUSIC, GET SHITFACED, AND GET LAID" |
| NEWS: Week of May4th We are Proud to announce our lineup is complete. Wyskida will now play bass and We have brought former death before dawn alumn Tom Cobb and Brett Deroche (drums for DBD) to be the new guitarists. However, Mike and Brett will do both guitar and bass. They will switch off. Week of May 1st we are sorry to announce that further TWH projects have been put on hold. With the recent departures of our gutiarist and bassist, we need to find new members and we already have them in line. Mike, Wyskida, and Chang will forge ahead. Justin and Dingus bailed and started their own thing.As mike will temporarily be Lead vocals and carry on the bass duties on the upcoming album"-stereo-drone-" We would just like to state that we are all genres. However we represent ourselves as thrash-core. Week of April 19th Justin has quit this waking hour to explore personal interests. Status of band secure. *we will keep you posted about a NEW guitar player as soon as possible* ~Press Release fom band after Justin's departure~ "This will not break us. It will bond us and make us stronger and more powerful than ever before. Justin was an incredible guitarist. We wish him the best. He knew what metal was and fucking rocked. We will march on and keep on shredding and casuing chaos within." Week of April 12th The metal scene in Westchester county had just lost a true icon. Those who knew Marty Owens knew how special he was not only musically but as a person as well. Our hearts go out to his friends and family. RIP. NEWS 12 report Week of April 4th Mike is welcomed to the band... for the first time they will be playing along with two guitarists. Nothing going on. They decided to out out a 3 song E.P. due out at the end of june as well as a cover album. for more info . on this check out they albums page.(not currently up).
