Ayotte Technologies, its owners or employees are not responsisble nor liable for any damage to property or life from any use of this product, whether by the buyer, driver, any individual, business, corporation, conglomeration, or any entity subject to personal injury or death, or damage to property. Per this legal statement, operating any vehicle with this hardware installed is the sole responsibility of the owner or driver of the vehicle. It is the owner's responsibility to disclose to any drivers and new owners when and if the vehicle is sold. If this liability agreement is disclosed in this fashion all liability is transfered to the new owner, otherwise the original NSX Camber Correction Buyer maintains liability.
