| 7/1/2003 Ok folks, I know it's taken forever, but here is the beginning of a revamp of this site. Things have changed so much for me over the past year and a half, you might say I've grown up. I'm getting married in just over three months, I have met the woman of my dreams, and my career has taken a different path. I've also become much closer with God through church and in general life is about 100 % better than it was when I was struggling living by myself, working 60-80 hours a week for a company that was on borrowed time and being basically a miserable human being. For now I'm not too sure how this is all going to pan out, I might save some of the old sections but I figure anyone who's come and visited here over the last year and a half is just plain tired of all this junk so here's to moving onward and upward. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free, my initial thought is an all about the wedding theme but we'll see how it goes. Peace Foos! |
| 7/3/2003 First of all, VYVYAN RULES! That's right, my lovely soon to be wife has gotten me tickets to see Pearl Jam tonight for my birthday!!! WOOOHOO! I haven't seen these guys since the rockin' Lalapalooza '92 tour, and this time I get to be under the canopy at the Tweeter Center!!! THANK YOU BABY! Secondly, I'm going to get a job offer sheet in two weeks, so I've got that going for me, which is nice. Temping has been fun but benefits are better! And finally, a big THANK YOU to my man Bernard, keepin it real and checking the site. Rock on Bernard, rock on. |
| 7/8/2003 First off, Happy Birthday Chip Sbrogna! Ok, the Pearl Jam show ROCKED! Wow, I was amazed. I last saw them 11 years ago when the place was still called Great Woods, and they had more energy this time around! Highlights of the show: Amazing covers of the Police's 'Driven To Tears' and the Who's 'Baba O'Riley', Yellow Ledbetter, a mad Crazy Mary solo, Not For You, Release, and just in general the incredible energy of the audience. I was breathless, I was amazed, I was shakin' it with Vyvyan and shocking the people around us. It was AWESOME! The Boston Fireworks this year? Mindblowing. Vyvyan is the goddess of my dreams. Just so you all know. Bernard, more props to you my man for getting back into baseball. Here's what I have to say about the most recent Sox loss to the Yanks 2-1 yesterday: You dance with the devil the devil don't change, the devil changes you. BRING ON THE 2ND HALF BABY! |
| 10/28/2003 Ok ok, so I go months and months without updating this site. What can I say but sorry to my one loyal reader, gentle Bernard. The thing is Bern, I don't have a whole area devoted to your wedding because I was taking pictures with your camera the whole time and I didn't get any copies of the pictures, so you kind of brought that fate down yourself :-) Well, I am officially married, happily I might add, and things are grooooooooooovy. I got my full time job, but now the company's up for sale so I'm looking for another one. I just started looking yesterday and I already have a hot lead, so I've got that going for me, which is nice :-) In other news, my amazing wife is also looking for new work and it will come, she's already at the second interview stage. We've done all this since coming back from our honeymoon, which was awesome, and you will see pictures of up here shortly, as well as wedding photos. So peace foo's, and look forward to more updates coming very soon (I always say that don't I!?) |
