If you supplied us with a valid email address when you placed your order, you will receive automatic notification when your order is shipped. Returns and Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 15 days and we will credit you for the entire amount minus the shipping charges, if approved by farm management. Exchanges can also be made within 15 days, though you will be responsible for all shipping charges. If your item is damaged upon receipt please contact our Customer Care Department at: 1-814-752-2271. Used products and damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged. To return or exchange an item, write your order number on the outside of the box and send it via UPS or Certified US Mail to: The Thompson Farms Store, 1344 Odonnell Road, Sigel, PA 15860 or if you have a non-mailable item drop it off at the farm. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us, as returns or exchanges that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be automaticly non-refundable. Pricing Policy Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders sent out prior to a price change or after a price change will not be adjusted to reflect the price difference: you will only be charged the amount you agreed to pay when you placed your order. Satisfaction Guaranteed Our first priority is your satisfaction. Therefore, we offer you only the products that we use ourselfs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may either return or exchange the item by following the guidelines in the Returns and Exchanges section. Back Ordered & Out of Stock Items Due to the wide selection of products we carry, items will sometimes become temporarily unavailable. We make every effort to get out of stock and back-ordered products back into inventory as quickly as possible - however, the manufacturer/producer of an item may also be out of stock which could cause a much longer delay. Our product listings are updated as much as possible with the latest anticipated delivery information. Please keep in mind that these dates can change as we receive updated information from our suppliers.
