My name is Ginger Thompson. I teach first grade at Glennville Elementary School. I have been teaching first grade since 1989. Accomplishments: I was the Glennville Elementary School Teacher of the Year 2000 and the Tattnall County Teacher of the Year 2000. I am a 2000 - 2001 National Board Certified Teacher. Professional Affliations: I am a member of the Alpha Omega Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International. I am also a member of the Georgia Association of Educators (GAE). Education: I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education in 1987. I also have earned a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. I am currently pursuing an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instructional Technology from Valdosta State Univeristy. |
