The Four Seasons of New England |
New England is an area truly blessed with the four seasons, in fact some may say we have five seasons if you include "mud season". On this page we hope to share a taste of the different seasons, each very special onto it's own. |

Spring |
Although spring technically comes on March 21st, that's usually when the snow begins to melt here. The expression "April showers bring May flowers" is a good description of a New England spring. Spring is Gerry's favorite season, it brings so much to us.... the end of winter, maple sugar, daffodils, tulips, azaleas, rhododendrons... the air becomes filled with the sweetness of blossoms and the land a profusion of color. |

Summer |
Summer means long, lazy days. It's beating the heat at a lake or the ocean. It's travelling the countryside to explore new places and perhaps find new meanings. |

Fall |
Ahhhh, the fall, Thom's favorite season. New England bursts forth in an incredible blaze of color from mid-September until early November. The days are warm, the nights chilled, the air is fresh and clean with a hint of a wood fire. |

Winter |
Winter is a special season unto its own. A fresh snowfall brings a special quiet and a beauty that is pristene. The first snow usually falls by Thanksgiving and is with us through March. It's a long season and a pretty good time to visit the Caribbean. |
