Thoresen and Linard, Architects
Since 1981, the office of Thoresen and Linard has been providing architectural
and planning services for corporate, institutional, commercial, and residential
projects involving new construction, rehabilitation, historic preservation, as
well as interior design.
Each commission is approached without predetermined solutions
and pre-conceived styles or fashions. The client's vision and
needs are the starting point for shaping the many, and often
diverse requirements of the program into a coherent solution.
It is expressed in a most appropriate, first-rate architecture.
Being a small organization, we are able to successfully execute
projects of a diverse nature through the continuous personal attention
and close communication given by the principals and the dedication of
our staff and consultants. All share a common pride in the quality of
services provided and the caliber of work produced, within budget and
on schedule. Central to our practice is the depth of experience of the
two principals whose involvement has been with a variety of noteworthy
projects of national and international stature. This resource gives
Thoresen and Linard the ability to anticipate problems and generate
effective solutions, appropriate to the task.
