Albion Small Arms   Ron Curley produces fine period muskets and hand guns to suit most periods Medieval to Napoleonic.
Arador Armoury  Interesting site with pictures and information on how to make your own Armour.
Armour class The Lads from Glasgow produce fine swords for many different time periods.
Bugei Trading An American site specialising in high quality Japanese weapons for practitioners of the arts of Jujitsu, Bushido and other traditional martial schools. Not strictly Medieval but worth investigation if you have some interest.
Cat's Meow An Excellent site with recipies for many types of alcoholic beverage
Costumes.org Information on making and looking after costume.
Dawn's Costume pages    More information on costumes.
English Heritage Lots of information on sites of historical interest. They also host historical events
Footwear of the Middle ages All the information you need to start making medieval shoes and boots.
Historical fencing manuals A site listing reproductions (often photocopies) of actual fencing manuals from antiquity
Loyalist Arms A Canadian based company that supply high quality firearms and replica firearms for re enactors
Mary Rose The Museum is worth a visit with many fine exhibits and interesting artifacts.
Past Tents   John Waterhouse produces period tents from Roman to American civil war. I have not found better.
Plantagenet Events Professional Event Organisers. All types of events large and small meticulously organised.
Salamander Armoury An American armourer that specialises in Pattern welded blades.
Tewksbury Battlefield Society The Society seek to research and preserve Medieval battlefields and have saved the Gaston fields in Tewksbury from the developers
The Bodleian Library A Large Library in Oxford and an essential part of the university
The British Library A vast resource open to the public.
The history of Costume  An on-line resource for 1860's costume
The Medieval Free Company Another good living history group lots of information and links
The Medieval Siege Society A large 15th century re-enactment / Living history society that is very active in the UK. The host some very good events and are improving every year.
The Red Company An American company doing a lot of living history
The Richard III Society (UK) The society is dedicated to the study of the period known as the Wars of the Roses
The Richard III Society (USA) The society is dedicated to the study of the period known as the Wars of the Roses
The Royal Armouries (Leeds) The new Royal Armouries site at Leeds is a goldmine of information and source material. All the Royal armouries site have libraries that will take inquiries.
The Wallace collection A museum with Weapons Armour and Art
Warrwyck's war of the roses An eclectic collection of resources and links relating to the conflict
15th Century life A site dedicated to researching life in the 15th century
