The Tapestry was inspired by many different authors of the Fantasy Fiction genre of literature. One author in particular seemed to stand out for me when I started creating this site... Guy Gavriel Kay. He is an amazing author, and his 'Fionavar Tapestry' was the first series of fantasy novels that I had the pleasure of experiencing. I have been reading Fantasy Fiction ever since.
So, with that said, please enjoy your visit to The Tapestry. I am sure that you will find something here that you like.
The Tapestry is also getting a fresh look. The theme is just a small tribute to one of the most amazing and recognizable authors in Fantasy literature, J.R.R. Tolkien. His vision opened up new worlds to us.
