Safety



	This is your personal Safety Net and is readily available to you every time you are in trance. While you are in trance, if something happens which demands your attention, you will awaken immediately and be able to deal with it easily and without stress. If time permits, you will be able to slip easily and safely back into relaxation when the demand has passed. You will remember everything that happens in trance, unless it has been negotiated otherwise, before the session. You cannot be compelled to forget anything you do not wish to forget. If anyone tells you to forget something, it will have no effect. You need to know that you are safe. Your physical safety and mental well-being take first priority. You will always remember that each session has a purpose that you have chosen. You always choose to accept or reject any suggestion during the session. You will never give anyone your personal information while in trance. This includes but is not limited to phone numbers, home or work addresses, and credit card or banking information. You will never give out private information for any reason while in any suggestible state. You will always experience trance in a way that allows you to protect your core being and to be healthy and well. If anyone asks you to compromise any of these suggestions, you will awaken immediately and you will feel free to speak your mind.
