| Aaliyah Dana Haughton was 15 when she started out. Her first album "Age Ain't Nuthin' But Ah Number" is hip hop mixed with R&B. Her second album "One In A Million" is R&B mixed with hip hop beats. Her third album "Aaliyah" is R&B with a little hip hop beat & more mature than the others. Aaliyah was 22 when she was killed in a tragic plane crash on August 25th 2001. Aaliyah latest CD "I Care 4 U" has reached platinum status. The CD, like that of 2pac Greatest Hits, includes greatest hits & unreleased songs. Also available for a short time with the CD is a DVD which includes music videos, commercial, & behind the scenes footage. |
