2004 METEOR SHOWERS

Meteor:  A small solid body that enters the planet’s atmosphere from outer space and is raised to incandescence by the friction from it’s rapid motion.

² Take a lawn chair to the darkest site available to you.  The further you can get from city light pollution the more meteors you will be able to see.  Keep in mind that if the moon is full it will be harder to see the fainter meteors.

² Go as late as you can, preferably after midnight.  They usually get better closer to dawn.
