Treasurer's Report: -Circulated via email. Find a copy attached.
-We need to change bank accounts over ASAP!
Fundraising Report: -Moot wine is tying up quite a bit of our capital. We will be collecting all extra bottles wine next week and giving any outstanding bottles to Brian Dagg. All monies should be forwarded to Brian as wellat this time. If you want to use the wine you still have and issue the wine as a thank-you, our cost is $5per bottle and can be submitted at our next meeting. Remember to get the persons name and address so we can keep track and issues receipts!
-Neal is looking for all his entertaiment book money
-Some other fundraiser idea were thought of for future times. Easter lillies, tomato and geranium plants, chocolates, cheese....
-The four people going to Australia would like a cheque cut for them with in the next two weeks! This will be difficult unless the bank accounts get changed over real soon!
Membership: -For our next meeting everyone is encouraged to contact someone on our potential list!
-John Temesi has now been moved onto our honourary member list.
Registration: -If you have not Registered yet, do so NOW! Other wise you can not attend camps and other scouting functions as you will not be covered under Scout Canada insurrance.
-For those of you who are a leader or have registered with an other group, please cross register as a rover. All you have to do is fill out the form and tick off Rover
Crew Christmas Party: -Sat. Dec. 15. 6:30-7:00 at the Plainmans up above Dundas on HWY. 5. We are thinking about going back to someone place after for dessert and refreshments :)
-Instead of a gift exchange we will be giving $10 each towards the tree of Hope.
-We are thinking of a Crew X-mas camp in either early Jan. or late Jan.
Group Camp Follow-up -The camp was okay and fun was had by all who attened! We need to improve our communication a little better on who is showing up when and who is working...
Other News:
HRRT: -There was apparently a meeting this past Monday. It seems only a few new about it. For future reference a lot of us are somtimes out of the loop if we do not attend these meetings. Could some one please email out future dates so every one know about them, Thanks!
-Snow Moot, we are looking for staff now contact Heather James for more into. Pat Cheatly is camp chief for those who are asking.
-Dec. 14 is the HRRT/Snow Moot Christmas party! Start time is 8-8:30pm and it is being held out at Glens place. If you are drinking you need a DD or you will be staying the night!!! Please bring a tent, sleeping bag etc... BYOB, more details and directions to follow!
There is a new 81st Group Quatermaster. We still have outstanding equipment located at various rovers place of residences. Please bring back anything you many have next meeting. Adam we need the keys if your not able to attend!

First Ontario" Rovers invite you to their CHRISTMAS TEA PARTY DANCE on December 21, 2001 at the Royal Canadian Legion in Uxbridge (Contact below to find out which one). Admission to this dance is $2 per person. Anyone wishing to hand out their own fliers at this event must pay $5 at the door to help cover costs of the dance. This event is restricted to ages 18 and over ONLY. THIS IS A WET EVENT. YOU *MUST* SHOW I. D. IF YOU WISH TO BE SERVED ALCOHOL. Floor space will be available for anyone who wishes to sleep over afterwards, so please bring your sleeping bag. Dance starts at 7:30PM. For more information, contact:

The ONTARIO ROVER COMMUNITY JANUARY MEETING will be hosted by the University of Waterloo Rover Crew January 11-13, 2002. Cost to cover meals is $12 per person

The Missing Link Rover Crew presents the 16th annual CLUB MED MOOT in Quebec, sometime in March. This is a wet moot, so all participants MUST show ID at the gate. This Moot features indoor and outdoor games with food and lodging provided. Cost will be approximately $50, and a $15 deposit is required by February. For more info, contact:

**ADVANCE NOTICE: YUK YUK'S COMING TO AURORA IN JUNE 2002**
The Pas Philos Rovers are holding a fund raiser for their next big trip (Australia). Yuk Yuk's Comedy On Tour will be performing at Aurora's branch of the Royal Canadian Legion on June 14, 2002. This show is open to anyone over the age of 18. Alcohol will be available at this event. There will also be a 50/50 draw, and door prizes, as well as food available. Tickets are $20 each, and can be purchased by contacting the Crew members as shown below. Tickets *must* be purchased in advance.
