Mountain Stud Farm.
We are Joe and Sandy Caruso and we LOVE horses. What
started as a part-time hobby has become a full-time passion.
We
have had a long and successful career breeding our
World Reknown 'von
Kriegerhof Rottweilers'
and accomplished our goals as Hall
of Fame Breeders, breeding Multiple #1, Best in Show and Specialty
Winners. Our Rottweilers have
graced the covers of magazines and have been featured on national

Although we have owned AQHA or APHA
horses for nearly 30 years we didn't become serious about breeding
until 1982 when we purchased our first APHA stallion Cupids
Slave Trade, son of the
immortal Cupid Bar
and full brother to
three APHA World
Champions. Needless
to say we were hooked. We have been captivated with their
beauty, versatility and amiable dispositions ever since.
In 1993 we opened a public training stable introducing the action
packed sport of Team
Penning to the Days of
47 Rodeo. After that Open horse shows, reinings, cuttings, team
ropings, pennings, and televised cattle drives became a way of
life.

look good while they do it."
