Del Piero calls for focus

Alessandro del Piero thinks the time for regrets and complaints is over and Juve must focus on their main objective - to win the Serie A title.

Juve's striker is convinced this is the only way to improve matters and believes that the management did not make any mistake in the transfer market over the summer: "We have to give our heart and soul to achieve the only target we have left for this season. We must win the "Scudetto" even though we're still having problems. I also believe that Van der Saar shouldn't be given all the blame for this situation because the whole team has been struggling with difficulties.

"But the management should not be criticized for the transfer market because I don't think they've made any mistake. When everyone was buying players and we were winning, everyone said that we were smarter than the other clubs but we've never felt like that. Still now that we've lost it doesn't mean that we're stupid."

Del Piero is also ready to face a possible exclusion from the team: "With only one competition left to play everyone will have less chances to play than before but nobody will be allowed to complain if he'll be left out for a few games."
