I love Modern!!!  The best of my UCLA years I spent either dancing or hanging out with some funny ass peeps, most of them from Modern.  Hmm I'm not sure if all these pics links work (in fact I'm sure some of them don't but eh I'm too lazy to take em down.  Darn too bad I didn't save those pictures to my harddrive beforehand.  Sigh.  Check out the Imagestation link from my home page if you want more recent Modern pics.

"Clad in blue jerseys, the Nikkei Student Union modern dance team performed their last hip-hop number of the year on the Kerckhoff steps moments before the announcement. One student on the side joked that the dancers were dressed in blue – S.U.R.E.'s primary color. But dancers, including External Vice President Evan Okamura, shed their blues midway through the set, tossed them aside, and exposed fiery red T-shirts, which sported the Student Empowerment! exclamation mark."
