Ancient Civilizations Do we know the truth? |
The Mayan civilization and the nation of Atlantis... What happened to them? The ancient monuments, such as the pyramids have been re-dated to a time modern archeologists say couldn't be possible. These same archeologists say that cities and nations just appeared, almost overnight. I'm not even going to start with Darwin's theory, which is based on a hypothesis with no facts to back it up. I'm only going to discuss civilized man. |
As I've said, I followed the rules of Egytologists, only recently allowing myself to explore my disagreements. Let's start with the Great Pyramid at Giza. The most recognized symbol in the world. Egytology teaches it's a tomb for a pharaoh. That would be great, wouldn't it? Some ancient king decides to build himself the greatest tomb ever created. His engineers design a building with such precision that it will never be matched again. The workers construct it. Is it done? Of course not! For a king, the inside must be fit to house his body. There will be paintings, carvings and everything he'll need for the afterlife. Wait.. There's none of that in the Great Pyramid. Yes, tomb robbers could have stolen all of his worldly possesions, but they couldn't have taken the paintings and carvings off the walls. So, why would a pharaoh have such a grand tomb, only not to adorn the inside with grandeur? And, a tomb has the pharaoh's name on it, somewhere. No name has been found. Is it really a tomb? Even if the original king had died before completion, wouldn't some king have claimed it for his own? Egyptologists have dated the pyramid to around 2551 BC, during the reign of the pharaoh Khufu. They say it was completed during his reign, which was only 23 years. This is simply not possible. If the same pyramid was constructed today, to the precision of the original, it would take up to 50 years to complete. |
The Sphinx has been dated to around 2500 BC. Egyptologists believed the weathering on the Sphinx was due to sand erosion. The patterns of erosion don't match sand... They match water. Geologist Robert Schoch dated the Sphinx between 7000 and 5000 BC. The conventional Egyptologists did what they do best.. They simply dismissed it. |
The land masses of the earth look like jigsaw puzzle pieces. They don't fit together perfectly, but considering erosion, it's possible there was once one large land mass. Scientists scoff at the idea of the "Great Flood." Yet, in every civilization's history, from American Indians to Tibet, there is mention of the flood. Writings have attributed the demise of Atlantis to a great earthquake. Imagine for a moment, the earth with one land mass and tons of ocean surrounding it. How easy is it to imagine the earth's plates erupting and moving over the surface. (Hawaii was created by nothing more than erupting volcanoes.) The resulting tidal waves would be beyond belief. Could these not have covered the land? Could separated land masses (such as the Atlantian island nation) not have fallen into the sea? Proclomations of California falling into the sea are heard often, but not so much as in the past. Many thousands of years from now, will people believe in the lost civilization of California? Imagine life before the flood. People were educated and lived in relative peace. The flood wiped out the civilizations. The remaining people had to start over, with only a few to teach the past. As always, with the passage of time, people lose interest in the past, because it doesn't seem to correlate with what was happening at present. Written history was lost and now people weren't listening. |
I don't have space or the time to cover every ancient mystery. But, if what I've said makes you stop and wonder, my job is done. A great book on the subject is The Secret History of Ancient Egypt, by Herbie Brennan. It's not a conspiracy theory book, but a "Hmm.. I wonder." I suggest it to all interested in mankind's history. |
