Body :- 1979 Van, red paint of an unknown origin (possibly a Triumph colour), side window conversion, colour coded wheel arches, stainless steel mirrors, MK1 grill and surround and solid front sub-frame mounts, 10x6 Revolution wheels with Yokohama A008 tyres and drum brakes (Eeeek!).
Interior :- Metro GTA seats (from my old GTA "The Fanny Magnet"), wooden dash (soon to be painted the same colour as the body) and Leather steering wheel with matching gear know (when it's not falling off in your hand)
Engine :- 998cc with a +20 overbore, alloy inlet manifold, Maniflow exhaust manifold and PlayMini stainless steel exhaust system.
Goodies waiting to be fitted....
Target style bonnet badge and chrome GB badge for the rear, the plan is also to re-spray the roof black, paint the wheels black again and possibly black GP2 arches (if I can persuade her to change them)
There it is in all it's bright redness
Apparently the dogs snot in the back windows was a factory fitted option
Not a good place to be with a hangover !!!
Perhaps the other half should not boast her pipe is of a greater girth than mine
