Consider your Past program Experience, as well as Present program Operation. Remember: THIS IS NOT TECHNICAL SUPPORT! You are Volunteering your Knowledge, Experience, and Ability to help Another User -To- User. User questions should be more "Operational", rather than "Technical".
You DO NOT NEED to have Ability Specific knowledge or experience with a specific Adaptive or Assistive Technology. You DO NOT NEED to have a specific Impairement, Handicap, or Disability. General knowledge and experience in any application will be equally useful. Remember, almost all useful computer programs ARE NOT Adaptive or Assistive Applications.
