1998 ANTARCTIC STUFF
Hello there everyone, fellow
Aurora V4ers and other Antarctic enthusiasts! Below are some options
to do with Antarctica, including new photos from our most recent voyage,
and of course a special section on Charlie Chowder's adventures in the
ice!
PHOTOS (most
of these photos are mine, but some were taken by Mike, Dave, Richard and
Alastair with a digital camera. Some of the photos scans are a little
dodgy, but you can get the general idea. Some of the pages may take
a few minutes to load because of the graphics, but they are worth it.
Click on each photo to see it bigger. If you want to snaffle any
of them, just click on the photo, then click right hand button of your
mouse and save the file. Enjoy)
To start, here's a photo of the
famous Bill "the Krill", thanks to Joel at the Antarctic Division

Below are a collection of emails
I sent to a couple schools about Antarctic stuff.
These are documents about
various aspects of the research that we are doing down in the Southern
Ocean at the moment, and also some background stuff. They all come
from the Australian Antarctic Division
website.
