Final Fantasy 8 Characters
Only two are released so far
Squall Leonheart:
Like most recent FF heros the main character is often heartless, uncaring, and a loner with a small entourage of kick ass friends. Through a series of adventures the character then finds himself and the path to a "love" of sorts. Since the theme of FF8 being love(with a couple in the actuall header pic this is most likely true) this leading character should be no different.
Laguna Loire:
Apparently, more is known about this "supporting" character then the main one, but hey I'm not one to complain. Many pages have had the same bit about this guy and since the masses are never wrong (*snicker*) I suppose I'll tack it on here. Going back to the jobs, he's a 27 year old journalist who has to be the counter character to the main one. This should create an inner character conflict that the characters must overcome to be able to battle the "bigger" foe. From being the careing and compassionate fellow that cross-dresses to not even having a gun(unknown) it appears Square might be willing to get even closer to a more "realistic" team.
