Genesis Mud: Tolkien's Army of Angmar

Tolkien's Army of Angmar: Genesis Mud

Listen to music while you explore
Materialising in front of you, this spectral minion is all that remains of a hobbit ranger who once attacked the stronghold of Angmar. Cursed to a ghastly unlife by the powers of the necromancers serving the Dark Lord Sauron, this poor hobbit now guards the entrance to the guildhall, doomed to notify all who pass through its entrance of recent happenings within the halls.

You struggle to hear what the ghostly hobbit says, for his larynx was crushed in the blow that killed him, and his voice is little more than a dreadful wheeze. The look of horror in the hobbit's supernatural eyes does nothing to take the edge off the ghastly sound he is emitting.

Straining his utmost, the unnatural creature tells you the following:

Unfortunately, the ghostly hobbit is not very bright, and he can only remember the last few events that have happened within the former strong hold of the Army of Angmar. If you have not talked to him in a while, it is probable that other things will have changed within the realms of Genesis that he has now forgotten.

Turning your back on the spectral minion, you can look around the entrance to the stronghold again if you wish.

Alternatively, if you know where you wish to head within the halls, you may consult your site map to take you straight there.
