Fightin' Spirit didn't reach the UK when it was first published by its German company and so Alive Mediasoft have finally released Fightin' Spirit, a beat'em up in the UK and re-released it making it available to Amiga Gamers worldwide.


Fightin' Spirit has 12 fighters with over 30 different moves including special moves, including in-game morphing characters. There are several modes of play such as story mode, knock out tournament, and tag teams. There is also a blood mode for those with a strong stomach. It also boasts arcade style 256 colour graphics, with smooth animations and in game speech with vocal soundtrack.


It is available on CD for both Aga and Ecs Amigas and is priced at £14.99 UK pounds.



Whales Voyage 2, a sci-fi, role-playing, strategic/ trading game has also been re-released by Alive Mediasoft in the last few days.


The storyline to Whales Voyage 2 is that; kyboulevard, seat of government of the Raphastra system, has been destroyed by the crew of the Whale - the political system has been re-established.... 20 years later ... the crew is forced to stay alive in the corrupt world of the 25th century after spending their money for leisure and fun.

The game has three parts; the role-playing game, where a party of four people move through cities or large towns etc, in the whole galaxy, complex trading simulation where the player is forced to make money to afford the equipment of the Whale and the crew, and lastly the game contains a strategic space battle where the player has to fight against pirate ships and other enemies. It features a wide screen 3D introduction and has 25 FPS texture mapped graphics.

Whales Voyage 2 will work on any A1200, A4000 or CD32 and is priced at £19.99 UK pounds.
