The Commander-In-Chief is elected by the members after the previous Commander-In-Chief resigns. The CIC can appoint the Supreme General, approve new members and teams into RBI, and make new rules.
The RBI Recruiting Program has been extremely successful in St. Louis and the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. If you would like RBI to recruit in your area, please contact me.
1/09/00 Infiltration/Sharpshooting Unit
I would like to institute a infiltration/sharpshooting section for the RBI. To distinguish this from Special Forces, these will be one-man units who will be specialized in recon and will be provided with suitable equipment. Only men or women nominated for this new section will be eligible. Members of this section will maintain their unit insignia, and wear a special badge or medal signifing their achievement. I am accepting names for this new section. We will also adopt a system of squad and section insignia to wear. We will make a bar that will contain the squad name and the background color will indicate the section. Standard Infantry will be red, Special Forces will be gold, and Armored Division will be green. This way, we can easily recognize our squadmates. Also, I would like to have a standard camo pattern for RBI members and encourage members to use it. Please suggest a camo print for RBI.
12/05/99 New Anti-Cheating Policy
Recball International has decided to take a firm stand against cheaters by deciding that any member found wiping off paint, firing after being marked or staying in a game will be immediately expelled from Recball International permanently. We ask unit commanders to inform the Commander-In-Chief of any offenders.

Anyone with the rank of Commander or higher is considered an Officer and is addressed as Sir on the field.
8/4/99 Rank of Lieutenant Created
The rank of Lieutenant has been created between Recruit and Captain. Lieutenant is awarded to a Recruit who has excellent combat skills. Congratulations to Rich for being promoted to Lieutenant!
