This is your last objective to accomplish. Get in the tank and go through the streets until you see a point where the world looks like it ended.
CONTACT VALENTIN
First contact Valentin. The crazy fat guy is hiding out in a building.
You start out the stage by a building, right?
So once you see the tank, ignore it and go forward onto the main street.
Immediately face left. Keep going through that stretch until you reach the first building.
Enter the building and you should see the fat blue man soon enough.
MINIMIZE CIVILIAN CASUALTIES
HOWEVER tempted you may be, don't run over too many civilians!
