How to beat the mission

POWER DOWN COMMUNICATIONS DISH
OBTAIN SAFE KEY
STEAL BUILDING PLANS
ENTER BUNKER VIA VENTILATION TOWER
POWER DOWN COMMUNICATIONS DISH
Enter the dish building and go up the stairs. When you come to a hallway with two doors, one to your north, and one to your east, go north. You should see a computer. Go up to is and push 'b'.
OBTAIN SAFE KEY
The guard in one of the huts has the safe key.
Use the guard's key to go to another hut to get the safe key.
STEAL BUILDING PLANS
Inside in the chain-link fence are two buildings. Go inside the one on the left and you'll see a safe. If you have the key, you can open the safe by pushing 'b' and you can take the plans.
ENTER THE BASE VIA VENTILATION TOWER
The ventilation tower is opposite the helicopter landing site. Climb the ladder and shoot the locks off of it, and fall into the hole.
