Some Insightful Stuff
I decided to add this link because there a a few more (yes, more) things that I wish to say. Final Fantasy was a great game, I'll say that, but there are some things wrong with it. I doubt that any members from squaresoft will read this, but I have to tell someone. Many people may have already notice these problems. One of the major ones is the music. Throughout the game, the music in the game has let me down. There a few exceptions, such as Sephiroth's final theme, and the Cosmo Canyon theme, as well as Aeris' music. Other than that, I personally thought that the music from Final Fantasy III surpassed that of FFVII. I loved the opera theme from it and found that it was one of the best composed songs from the game. The story in Final Fantasy VII was excellent, however it seemed that at some points the story line was scattered about. This was remedied and everything fit once Cloud found himself when he fell into the Mako(?) river in Mideel. I thought that the story fit very well after this event. Of course, some people may have figured this out sooner and the story worked for them all along. The controls for the game were good, however sometimes you could get confused because the camera angles would change every scene. This was only in the beginning however when you where still learning the controls. However the camera angles in the battle sequences were sometimes a bit decieveing. Such as when everyone was lined up so that you could only see the end character. This makes it very difficult to give an item to someone of cast a spell on them. Some people think that this is the the greatest game ever, some people however, like me, think that this game could have used a month or two for some extra tweaking here and there. I've heard though that the American version was greatly improved over the Japenese version, for this I am happy, because it shows that Square is constantly trying to make the game better and not just saying " Eh, good enough". I'm glad to own the game, and still playing it alot each day. Thank you for reading this and please don't send me hate mail that you will burn my dog or something.
