Eddy Guerrero is a long time cruiserweight in WCW. He has always been a top contender for that belt during his career. Guerrero has a family tradition rich in professional wrestling. His father, brother, and other members of family have been wrestlers at one time. Eddy was at one time a respected competitor by fans and opponents. He has since changed his attitude and although has not made him popular has not hurt his record in the ring. Eddy went with a cheat to win philosophy. One of Eddy's family members involved in wrestling is his cousin Chavo Jr. Eddy practiced tough love in his training strategy and drove Chavo to the brink of insanity. Most recently Eddy has felt he is being mistreated by WCW and Eric Bischoff. He has gathered the Mexican luchadores to form the Latino World Order. Many beleived it is only to further his own career. Eddy is now recovering from a serious auto accident.
