Rowdy Roddy Piper is one of the true legends in the sport of wrestling. He hails from Scotland and wears the attire to show it. Piper had made quite a name for himself before he arrived in WCW in the fall of 1996. He came with one goal in mind, to take care of Hollywood Hogan. Probably one of his biggest rivals. The two went on to have several battles. He also disaggreed with Hogan on one subject. Piper believes that he is the icon of wrestling not Hogan. The I.C.O.N. Piper wears stands for "I cower over nothing." Roddy also at one time became the commissioner of WCW. Whenever he made an appearance something big seemed to happen. Piper has recently tried to remove Ric Flair from office of president of WCW.
