Grendels

There are many arguments about whether grendels are good or bad. Can they be trained to play nice with the norns or are they forever destined to be the outcasts of the game? I want to hear you opinions and your tips on dealing with grendels!

Grendels aren't really that bad. They're just like Norns, almost. You can't get mad at them for smacking the Norns--the Norns even slap each other--and it's not their fault they secrete glycotoxin. Don't get me wrong, I'm not someone who enjoys watching the Grendels smack the Norns. But the Grendels shouldn't be abused just because of their slapping, or their glycotoxin. Just my .02 dollars. :)

Grendels can be trained, sometimes. First export all of your norns, and then try and coax the grendel to the computer. if you get it there, teach it the verbs. some grendels can be taught, others can't. once you teach it, spend some time with it. then import a norn that you don't like very much (i know that this may be hard to imagine) or else download one. place it near the grendel. if the grendel goes near it, SMACK IT!! and say NO! keep doing this until the grendel gets the point. remember, this only works SOMETIMES.

I think that grendels were made to be the outcasts. Maybe there are ways to train them but they will forever secrete glycotoxins and other harmful substances that can hurt your norns, as nice as they may be. I don't believe in harming them, though. My grendels roam freely as long as they stay away from my norns! :)
